Objective
To achieve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) at all levels of programs set by the Ministry and RISDA.

Administration & Finance Unit
- Supervise and manage office administration.
- Manage and maintain the receipt/storage/disposal of assets.
- Control and review the allocation of operating expenses, development expenses, Ministry project funds and retail funds.
Farm Development Unit
- Ladang Sejahtera - (rubber/oil palm) Agropolitan Gahai, Chemomoi, Ganda, Gunung Sadok, PROSDET Pantos.
- Commercial Farms – (cash drop) Agropolitan Gahai, Chemomoi, Ganda.
- Village Economic Integrated Project (PROSPEK) :
- Manage, implement and monitor agropolitan, PROSDET & PROSPEK projects
- Financial allocation and expenditure control
- Prepare reports and meetings for PLMLB/ Ministry/ agencies/consultants/contractors
Infrastructure Development Unit
- Rumah Bina Negara (RBN).
- Poor People Housing Program (PPRT).
- Development of Agropolitan Settlements.
- Local Community Organization Programs (PPMS).
- Manage, implement and monitor infrastructure development projects.
- Financial allocation & expenditure control.
- Prepare reports and project progress.
- Meetings with Ministries/agencies/bankers.

Rural Development Unit
- KPLB Project Payment Agencies.
- Coordinate Project Management Money
- People Welfare Development Scheme Program (SPKR).

- Skills and Career Training Program (PLKK).

- Mini Rural Transformation Center (RTC).
- JKKKK/JKKKP Allowance.

- Meetings with the Ministry and external agencies.

- Establish a close working relationship with the Ministry.
- Cooperate with the State Government and Agencies involved in the development of quality life for rural communities at all levels.
- Apply the expertise of RISDA Division and Subsidiaries to the maximum to achieve the set objectives.
