Objective
Elevate the income of entrepreneurs by at least RM2,500.00 per month per household through economic activities in year 2020.

 - Give focus to the young generation, graduates and mainstay entrepreneurs.
 - Give focus and encourage processing activities, added value and halal industry.
 - Emphasize on the marketing of entrepreneur products in an economical and continuous manner.

Marketing Management Unit
- Manage the marketing on Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) basis online and offline.
 - Manage the promotional activities, advertising, publishing printing media and electronic media as well as organizing/participating in carnivals/exhibition/expos locally and internationally.
 - Manage the strategic networking activities with third parties (ministries/ agencies/companies) to enhance the product/service marketing networks and business matching programs for potential entrepreneurs.
 - Manage the performance evaluation of the entrepreneurs marketing and sales result program.
 - Manage the entrepreneurship programs/projects organized by the Ministry.
 
Policy & Monitoring Unit
- Manage the preparation of the policy, blueprint and the new initiative for RISDA entrepreneurship program.
 - Manage the related system for Entrepreneurship Program.
 - Manage, analyze, synthesize the data for entrepreneurship program reports and statistics.
 - Manage, analyze and synthesize the impact studies data for entrepreneurship programs.
 - Manage the Strategic Networking between the government/private sectors/ NGO especially the RISDA Entrepreneur Club.
 - Monitor the performance of the Entrepreneurship Program.
 
Development & Entity Management Unit
- Manage the Recruitment Program involving promotions, seminar, evaluation and selection of entrepreneurs.
 - Manage the forensic activities, advisory services and guidance to entrepreneurs based on income analysis from data sources
 - Manage the structured comprehensive training plans for entrepreneurs.
 - Manage the Funding Program according to the current RISDA policy and regulations.
 - Manage the business company evaluation and recognition.
 - Perform financial flow forecast analysis services / financial reports of entrepreneurs for every RISDA Entrepreneurship Program.
 - Manage the entrepreneur company’s registration by the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
 - Manage the performance evaluation and impact studies for the entity Development and Management programs.
 
Production & Service Management Unit
- Implement and monitor a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the production and services plan.
 - Manage and monitor the Additional Economy Program (AET) and Business Economy Program (AEP).
 - Manage the quality control in aspects of certification and accreditation for products and entrepreneurs.
 - Manage the setting of product packaging and labelling standards to meet the market driven requirements.
 - Manage the strengthening of the product brand in the market.
 - Manage the R&D, innovation and design of product for continuous improvement of the product quality, production efficiency, and cost optimization.
 - Manage performance evaluation and impact studies for Incentive Scheme programs.
 
Administration & Financial Unit
- Manage the general administrative functions of the office like letters and delivery, records and files, customers complaints, staff welfare, security and cleanliness of the office.
 - Manage the functions of Human Resource; staffing, leave, medical appointment, HRMIS, punch card, performance report, SKT, courses, training, confirmation of position and discipline.
 - Manage the finance functions; preparation of financial allocations, manage payments, asset management, operating expenses and procurement.
 - Manage the office meeting.
 - Responsible as the focal point of Division to coordinate information with other division or centers of responsibility.
