    • Maintain an integrated and robust financial system.
    • Management of trust account, deposits and investments according to the established rules.

    • Handle procurement and efficient asset management.
    • Improving staff skills and knowledge.
    • Manage the development and annual budget based on the Malaysian Five Years Budget Plan.
    • Provide financial advisory services to RISDA Management and subsidiaries.
    • RISDA procurement committee secretariat.
    • Manage RISDA Integrated Information System.
    • Manage RISDA staff salaries.
    • Manage unclaimed money accounts.
    • Manage subsidiary loans.
    • Teaching RISDA financial staff.
    • Prepare, review and update the Financial Regulation of RISDA and subsidiaries.
    • Study, form, develop and maintain RISDA computer financial system.
    • RISDA Procurement Board Secretariat.
    • Property Management Trust Account Fund Secretariat.
    • Manage the Property Trust Accounts.
    • Prepare the Accounting Policy of RISDA and subsidiaries.
    • Manage the fixed asset accounts.
    • Issuing expenditure and managing warrants to each Responsible Center.

    • Prepare annual budget proposals according to the period set by the Ministry (KKDW).
    • Issuing annual allocation warrants to responsibility centers before the start of the relevant financial year.
    • Take action on additional requests for allocation amendments within 7 days from the date of receiving a complete application.
    • Prepare a complete RISDA annual financial statement by 31 March.
    • Issuing cheques within 4 working days after receiving a complete payment voucher.
    • Make monthly salary payments and mandatory contributions according to the schedule set.
    • Issuing the annual salary statement of all staff for JHDN at the end of February of the following year.
