    Leading the challenge to produce progressive, innovative and far-sighted RISDA organization through quality and excellent planning, tracking and evaluation process.

     

    Objectives

    Ensure that the direction of RISDA is in line with smallholder development policy and the national development policy.

    Enact a micro policy for the development of smallholders for the purpose of increasing income and making a progressive and prosperous smallholder society.

    Ensure that the implementation of smallholder development programs and projects are in line with the policy and strategy set.

    Act as a local point of reference and coordinate the results of key meetings with Central Agencies as well as studies and research.

    Expanding and strengthening the network of cooperation with government and private agencies at the central and international level.

    Provide a database on target groups to assist program and project planning, project implementation, monitoring and program impact evaluation.

    Help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of RISDA operations and management through the use of relevant ICT.

    • Focus on development activity of active smallholders who are business owners, dependent on their own gardens, with strong will and are interested in changing their lives.
    • Replanting rubber to the most profitable type of crop for smallholders.
    • Giving priority to the concept of group development.
    • Giving opportunity to progressive smallholders to develop farms individually.
    • Implement market-driven economic development projects.
    • Using appropriate services and expertise of subsidiaries to develop large-scale economic projects for the benefit and involvement of smallholders.
    • Formulate policies and strategies for smallholders development in line with the National Development Policy.
    • Formulate and coordinate the requirements of the Five Years Development Plan and the Annual Development Budget.
    • Formulate and update the Strategic Plan from time to time.
    • Create a system for monitoring, processing and analyzing the data of development program implementation.
    • Formulate data needs for the planning and monitoring of development programs.
    • Conduct and manage the socioeconomic studies of smallholders and the RISDA development program.
    • Manage the database of smallholders and the development program implementation.
