Implement effective enhancement productivity programs as well as strengthening the rubber and palm commodity marketing network.
Vision
Produce progressive and high income farmers with productivity to potential level.
Objective
Rubber farmers produce plantation productivity of at least 1800kg/hec/year in 2020.
Oil Palm farmers produce at least 20MT/hec/year in 2020.
Rubber farmers obtain the fargate price for rubber no less than 81.5% from the price of f.o.b SMR20.
Oil palm farmers obtain the fargate price BTS no less than 19.5% from the MSM price of local delivery.
Smallholders earn an income of at least RM1500/month from commodity sales in 2020.

- Holding group sales through the Depot Sales Center and the Weigh & Store Center.
- Encourage and enhance the involvement of KPK RPSB and local entrepreneurs in rubber and palm in buying and selling of rubber and palm oil.
- Provide training and guidance regarding quality to smallholders.
- Develop rubber and palm marketing infrastructure.

- Monitor the price of rubber and palm in the plantation so that it is always at a high level.
- Provide daily scrap price for the website as well as data storage for daily/ monthly basis.
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the Crepe Rubber Processing Center (PMGC), Weighing and Storage Center (PTS) and Sales Depot.
- Monitor activities and data collection at the collection centers, the sales centers, the weighing centers and the stores.
- Obtain prime data on rubber and oil palm to help smallholders.
- Notify the management of large purchase price differences for immediate action.
- Become LGM Price Research Member for rubber-based products.
- Become Member of the Malaysian Rubber Exchange (MRE) Price Review Committee.
