  • RISSMART

    • Program Introduction

      RisSMart aims to provide business premises facilities in strategic locations, in accordance with the current trends and needs to promote the products of entrepreneurs under the guidance of RISDA. The expected impact is to help increase the income of smallholders to RM4,000 per month per family.

    • Main objectives
      1. Providing business premises facilities to RISDA smallholder entrepreneurs.
      2. Promote the products of RISDA smallholder entrepreneurs and expand the business network.
      3. Increase the income of RISDA's smallholder entrepreneurs.
    • Applicant Qualifications
      1. The applicant must be a RISDA guidance entrepreneur who has the status of a Malaysian citizen.
      2. Aged between 18 and 65 years.
      3. Have interest, ability and skills in the field he wants to venture into and have the attitude of wanting to progress.
      4. Ready and willing to attend any type of training or course whether technical / skills / self-reliance (attitude) determined by RISDA before and during the implementation of the project.
    • Duration of the Operating Contract

      Entrepreneurs will be given a 3-months trial period to start a business at RisSMart without rental charges. The Evaluation Committee will then make an assessment of business performance before agreeing to give a one-year business contract involving the signing of a RisSMart agreement with a reasonable rental charge.

    • Terms and Conditions for entrepreneurs
      1. RisSMart entrepreneurs must run their own product business, other entrepreneurs’ products or other products that are allowed and approved by the Director of the Entrepreneur Development Division.
      2. Halal and legal products.

  • RISSMART MOBILE

    • Program Introduction

      An assistance program for RISDA guidance entrepreneurs who run businesses in the field of food and services on the move.

    • Aid Program Terms

      A) BASIC requirements for participant eligibility :

      1. Smallholder, spouse or child who has a Smallholder Identification card (SIC).
      2. Aged between 21-45 years.
      3. Malaysian.
      4. Owned a business and registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). Have an active bank account for at least 1 year. Possess other licenses required according to the type of business subject to conditions set by the Local Authority (PBT).

      B) Special Terms :

      1. Owned at least a class D driving license and are required to have a Vocational Driving License or Goods Driver's License GDL for vehicles under 3 Tons or a class E driving license for vehicles over 3 Tons.
      2. Able to finance the purchase of a vehicle that exceeds the assistance rate provided by RISDA.
      3. The business location has permission from the relevant authority.
      4. Health injection from authorities (If handling food).
      5. Engaged full time.
    • Assistance Rate

      RM50,000/entrepreneur (RM20,000 for vehicle purchase deposit and RM30,000 for modification package, vehicle, equipment supply, inspection and registration costs (if necessary).

    • Application Method

      Need to fill in the Application Form and prepare paperwork as AKP format No. 28 Year 2016 Guidelines for the Implementation of the 11th RM Entrepreneur Development Program (2016-2020) along with a Declaration Letter.

  • BUSINESS AND MARKETING PREMISES

    • Program Introduction

      Covering Outlets/Marketing Premises (RisMart), Outlets/Marketing Premises (External Outlets) and Marketing Sites.

    • Assistance Program Terms
      1. Basic Eligibility Requirements :
        1. Malaysian;
        2. Small rubber farmers or spouses or children;
        3. The applicant must be a RISDA entrepreneur;
        4. Ever received AET assistance or other entrepreneurial assistance from RISDA;
        5. Ready and willing to attend any type of entrepreneurship-related training and courses determined by RISDA while conducting business;
        6. Have downloaded the RISDA Entrepreneur Delivery System (REDS) application and updated transaction records consistently (daily/weekly/monthly) using the application;
        7. Able to run a full-time business and able to achieve a sales increase target of 20% after one (1) year of receiving marketing assistance; and
        8. Prepared to increase own capacity and ability to business growth.
      2. Specific Eligibility Requirements :
        1. Received RISDA entrepreneurship assistance;
        2. Registered with SSM / PBT / Sabah / Sarawak Ordinance;
        3. Started a business for at least one (1) year;
        4. Have attractive labelling/packaging;
        5. Able to meet minimum order requirements (MOQ) from managing agents;
        6. Attended the Cost Calculation and Pricing Course.
    • Assistance Rate

      Outlet/ Marketing Premises (RisMart) - The maximum limit of assistance is RM250,000.00/ premises Outlet / Marketing Premises (Outside Outlet) - The maximum limit of assistance is RM2,000.00/ person on a one-off basis Marketing sites - The maximum limit of assistance is RM10,000.00/ location

      Marketing of entrepreneurs' products/services through carnivals/expos/exhibitions organized by RISDA and external parties

    • Aid Program Requirements
      1. Basic Eligibility Requirements:
        1. Malaysian;
        2. Small rubber farmers or spouses or children;
        3. The applicant must be a RISDA entrepreneur;
        4. Ever received AET assistance or other entrepreneurial assistance from RISDA;
        5. Ready and willing to attend any type of entrepreneurship-related training and courses determined by RISDA while conducting business;
        6. Have downloaded the RISDA Entrepreneur Delivery System (REDS) application and updated transaction records consistently (daily/weekly/monthly) using the application; Able to run a full-time business and able to achieve a sales increase target of 20% after one (1) year of receiving marketing assistance; and are prepared to increase the capacity and ability fro business growth.

      Marketing of products/services of entrepreneurs at an international level covers the following activities:-

      1. Participation in Exhibitions or International Trade Fairs abroad.
      2. Participation in Trade & Investment Missions abroad.
      3. Participation in International Conferences abroad.
      4. International Marketing
    • Aid Program Requirements
      1. Basic Eligibility Requirements:
        1. Malaysian;
        2. Small rubber farmers or spouses or children;
        3. The applicant must be a RISDA entrepreneur;
        4. Ever received AET assistance or other entrepreneurial assistance from RISDA;
        5. Ready and willing to attend any type of entrepreneurship-related training and courses determined by RISDA while conducting business;
        6. Have downloaded the RISDA Entrepreneur Delivery System (REDS) application and updated transaction records consistently (daily/weekly/monthly) using the application;

    • Assistance Program Terms
      1. Basic Eligibility Requirements:
        1. Malaysian;
        2. Small rubber farmers or spouses or children;
        3. The applicant must be a RISDA entrepreneur;
        4. Ever received AET assistance or other entrepreneurial assistance from RISDA;
        5. Ready and willing to attend any type of entrepreneurship-related training and courses determined by RISDA while conducting business;
        6. Have downloaded the RISDA Entrepreneur Delivery System (REDS) application and updated transaction records consistently (daily/weekly/monthly) using the application;
        7. Able to run a full-time business and able to achieve a sales increase target of 20% after one (1) year of receiving marketing assistance; and

      The maximum limit of assistance is RM 2,000.00/person.
