Application Qualifications
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Smallholders who are registered as RISDA guidance entrepreneurs.
- Aged between 18 and 60 years.
- Has registered a company with the Malaysian Commission and has own company account.
- The applicant produces/manufactures his own product.

Packaging Maximum RM10,000/entrepreneur Labeling Maximum RM5,000/entrepreneur
SCOPE OF ASSISTANCE- Packaging design workshop (1 day)
- Food nutritional information testing.
- Brand search process (MyIPO)

- Initial registration of brand designs
- Designing product labels/packaging
- Print the roll up bunting
- Print the packaging
- RISDA logo with RISDA Mentoring Entrepreneur written below it

Objectives of program
- Strengthen awareness to entrepreneurs about the concept of ‘halalan toyyiban’.
- Guiding entrepreneurs in dealing with procedures and conditions for applying for a halal certificate.
- Create entrepreneurs who produce products/services that meet the requirements of sharia compliance.
- Helping entrepreneurs add product value to penetrate domestic and global markets

- Halal certification procedure exposure workshop.
- Technical management of certification.
- Audit.
- Review and accreditation by JAKIM

- Have a business license from PBT/letter of declaration from a government agency.
- Fully operational before application is made.
- Producing halal products and complying with the halal standards set.

- Creating global entrepreneurs among Smallholders.
- Equipping smallholder entrepreneurs with Export Management Knowledge.
- Providing assistance facilities to increase production.
- Promoting and expanding the entrepreneur's product market network to the global level.

Terms and Rates of Assistance
The Maximum Assistance Limit of Groom Big Global Program is RM200,000 for each smallholder entrepreneur subject to the entrepreneur's own financial commitment such as Financial Institutional Loan, Smallholder Social Economic Development Fund Loan (TPSEPK) or even own capital.

New Construction/ improvement/ expansion of factory or business premises including warehouses/stores. Purchase of industrial machines and equipments
