    • Program Introduction

    • Application Qualifications
      1. Must be a Malaysian citizen.
      2. Smallholders who are registered as RISDA guidance entrepreneurs.
      3. Aged between 18 and 60 years.
      4. Has registered a company with the Malaysian Commission and has own company account.
      5. The applicant produces/manufactures his own product.
    • Rate of Assistance and scope of assistance

      Packaging Maximum RM10,000/entrepreneur Labeling Maximum RM5,000/entrepreneur

      SCOPE OF ASSISTANCE

      1. Packaging design workshop (1 day)
      2. Food nutritional information testing.
      3. Brand search process (MyIPO)
      4. Brand design
      5. Initial registration of brand designs
      6. Designing product labels/packaging
      7. Print the roll up bunting
      8. Print the packaging
      9. RISDA logo with RISDA Mentoring Entrepreneur written below it

      1. Micro Entrepreneur
      2. Business > 3 years
      3. Cash Flow for a period of 3 years
      4. Priority for RisSMart entrepreneurs

      Product Labeling

      1. Cadet entrepreneur
      2. Business < 1 year
      3. Cash Flow for 1 year
      4. Preference to any entrepreneur who has marketed products at the expo/carnival/hypermarket/supermarket/RisSMart and others

      1. Strengthen awareness to entrepreneurs about the concept of ‘halalan toyyiban’.
      2. Guiding entrepreneurs in dealing with procedures and conditions for applying for a halal certificate.
      3. Create entrepreneurs who produce products/services that meet the requirements of sharia compliance.
      4. Helping entrepreneurs add product value to penetrate domestic and global markets
    • Scope of Assistance
      1. Halal certification procedure exposure workshop.
      2. Technical management of certification.
      3. Audit.
      4. Review and accreditation by JAKIM
        *The payment of assistance is subject to the actual rate presented according to each level of the above.

      Maximum RM20,000/company

    • Application Qualifications
      1. Registered with SSM/SKM/other government agencies.
      2. Have a business license from PBT/letter of declaration from a government agency.
      3. Fully operational before application is made.
      4. Producing halal products and complying with the halal standards set.
      5. Preference to entrepreneurs in the Micro category and above.

    • Program Introduction
      1. Creating global entrepreneurs among Smallholders.
      2. Equipping smallholder entrepreneurs with Export Management Knowledge.
      3. Providing assistance facilities to increase production.
      4. Promoting and expanding the entrepreneur's product market network to the global level.
    • Terms and Rates of Assistance

      The Maximum Assistance Limit of Groom Big Global Program is RM200,000 for each smallholder entrepreneur subject to the entrepreneur's own financial commitment such as Financial Institutional Loan, Smallholder Social Economic Development Fund Loan (TPSEPK) or even own capital.

    • Scope of Assistance

      New Construction/ improvement/ expansion of factory or business premises including warehouses/stores. Purchase of industrial machines and equipments
