    • Program Introduction

      This aid is established to assist smallholders and rubber tappers who have suffered a loss of income due to their inability to tap rubber during the rainy season.

    • Program Assistance Conditions

      Eligible recipients are Smallholders who own and manage rubber plantations or Rubber Tappers who do not own but tap on rubber plantations with a total land area of 2.5 hectares or less. The eligibility criteria for this assistance program according to categories are as follows:

      A. Rubber Smallholders

      1. Malaysian citizens only.
      2. Smallholders registered with RISDA.
      3. Own land with a total area of 0.1 to 2.5 hectares in aggregate.
      4. Legal landowners.
      5. Only one recipient per lot (regardless of the number of co-owners).
      6. A smallholder is only eligible to receive the assistance once.

      B. Rubber Tappers

      1. Malaysian citizens.
      2. Tappers registered with RISDA.
      3. Tap on a lot with an area of 0.1 to 2.5 hectares.
      4. Obtain confirmation from the landowner/authorized representative.
      5. Have a valid Rubber Authority Permit Card (PAT-G) or PAT-G Activation Slip at the time of application.
      6. Only one recipient per lot.
      7. A tapper is only eligible to receive the assistance once.
    • Assistance Rate

      The assistance rate is RM800 per eligible recipient.

    • Program Introduction

      Exemption of Rubber Cess Payment (Replanting) by the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (RISDA) at the rate of RM0.10/kg of rubber to all eligible companies as follows:

      1. Exemption of replanting cess payment on imported rubber or rubber from Sabah and Sarawak for local sale/use.
      2. Exemption of replanting cess payment on imported rubber or rubber from Sabah and Sarawak for export purposes.
      3. Exemption of replanting cess payment for the exportation of rubber to rubber product manufacturing factories.
    • Program Assistance Conditions
      1. Exemption of replanting cess payment on imported rubber or rubber from Sabah and Sarawak for local sale/use.
      2. Exemption of replanting cess payment on imported rubber or rubber from Sabah and Sarawak for export purposes.
      3. Exemption of replanting cess payment for the exportation of rubber to rubber product manufacturing factories.

      Applicants must provide true and complete details and are aware that they can be prosecuted under any applicable act and/or regulation if they intentionally provide false information.

    • Assistance Rate

      Exemption of replanting cess payment at the rate of RM0.10/kg of rubber.

    • Application Method

      The application for exemption must use the following forms:

      1. Form RISDA-KS1 for local natural rubber/compound rubber.
      2. Form RISDA-KS2 for imported rubber for export sales.
