• Plan, coordinate, oversee and monitor the construction works of various RISDA buildings.
• Implement, coordinate and monitor the repair and maintenance works of the Headquarters building (Including installation) and RISDA buildings in the State, District and Station by the Maintenance Engineer.
• Monitor, coordinate and supervise work in the field of material measurement for construction, maintenance and overhaul projects including the preparation of tender/quotation documents, Bill of Quantity list, preparation of tender/quotation evaluation reports.
• Carry out engineering design work and provide plans and technical services requested by the division/responsibility center.
• Monitor, coordinate and supervise the implementation of basic agricultural infrastructure projects of road networks in smallholder gardens at the PRN/PT level.
