Rate of the Replanting Aid
The replanting program is a major activity in developing smallholder economy and underpin the development of other programs. The program started in 1952 to enable small farmers who have sown old and uneconomic rubber replanting with new clones or switch to other crops that can deliver results and higher returns.
Replanting aid given in the form of items, such as seeds, fertilizers, chemical pesticides and so on and also cash in 4 to 6 installments for a period of 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 years depending on the type of crops grown.

Smallholders can choose to replant their old rubber plantation with the types of crops that can give the best returns in one of the four approaches Replanting Group ( TSB ) , Simultaneous Replanting ( TSS ) , Mini Estate (ME ) or replanting individually.
Pengestetan approach introduced in early 1996 as the survival of group development methods that have been implemented since the 1970s. The concept of this approach is to cluster projects TSB , TSS , ME and individual gardens nearby and in an area that fits into a larger entity known as cluster -style estate RISDA ( ACRE ) managed commercial -style estate ( Plant Commercial re [TSK ] ).
This approach includes the development of gardens in young and mature stages include tapping or harvesting process and pemasaran.TSK managed by a subsidiary , namely RISDA Smallholders Plantation Sdn. ( RSPSB ).
