      Current
      1. Malaysian 
      2. Owned legal land with a minimum area of ​​0.1 hectares and a maximum area of ​​40.0 hectares.
      3. Owners who do not have legal possession need to obtain confirmation from the implementing agency @ the local authority.

      1. Full payment of the previous installment.
      2. Rubber plantations are maintained and implement good agricultural practices (GAP).
      3. At least 85% of trees are thriving from the total number of trees planted

      Peninsular Malaysia - RM 13,710 / hectare
      Sabah - RM 14,955 / hectare
      Sarawak - RM 14,805 / hectare
