     The KRH group’s profit target is RM40 million to RM60 million per year.

  • Administration & Finance Unit

    • Manage the general administrative functions of the office such as letters and deliveries, records and files, customer’s complaints, security and cleanliness of the office.
    • Manage the human resource management functions such as staffing, leave, medical appointment, HRMIS, time card, performance report and SKT, courses, training, confirmation of position and discipline.
    • Manage the department’s financial functions such as budget, payments, asset management, operating expenses and procurement.
    • Manage the department internal and external meetings.
    • Focal point to coordinate information with other Division or Centers of Responsibility.

    Investment Unit

    • Review and analyze investment proposal papers from RISDA, KRH and external parties.
    • Monitors and prepares progress reports on privatization projects, mining properties and any new fields.
    • Forward every investment approval, KRH loans, cooperation and other proposals to BPBR, Ministry and related agencies.
    • Study new investment policies issued by the government.
    • Coordinate all meetings under the Investment Unit.

    Company Development Unit

    • Responsible for the KRH rationalization process involving the recovery process, new business segments as well as the closure of non-competitive KRH.
    • Manage reports and review due diligence provided by external or internal consultants to management related to KRH, new business segments, joint venture projects and other requirements.
    • Analyze monthly financial/physical budget performance reports for all KRH, KRH annual account closing, farm accounts, factories, schemes and funds managed by KRH.
    • Responsible for ensuring the payment of dividends contributed to TKPR by YR.
    • Prepare paperwork and report to the RISDA Authority on KRH's performance (quarterly), audited accounts, bonus and dividend proposals.
    • Manage the proposal paper and KRH bonus payment application to the Ministry.
    • Hold Interactive Meetings to resolve KRH issues and advance KRH improvements for the approval of RISDA management and RISDA Authorities.
    • Report the performance and new projects of each KRH to the Ministry.
    • Coordinate the National Audit Department's Financial Audit feedback on KRH.
    • Monitor debt reports involving SMR with RISDA, KRH with KRH and KRH with external parties.
    • Monitor and coordinate KRH activities to achieve the set KPI.

    Corporate Governance Unit

    • Prepare, coordinate, monitor and update:-
      1. Termination and appointment of ALP KRH/LPA YR/LP SPSB/LP SPMSB/LP Narsco-Kuok
      2. Termination and appointment of Corporate Representative and Alternate Corporate Representative of RISDA in KRH/SPSB/Narsco-Kuok.
    • Ensure compliance with the number of ALP and JKAP Meetings at least four (4) times a year as well as KRH/YR Annual General Meetings one (1) time a year.
    • Prepare, coordinate and update basic data/fact sheet/big data and good KRH governance practices based on the Companies Act 2016 (Act 777), MCCG 2017, the Company's Constitution and Board of Directors Charter.
    • Monitor and coordinate the Auditor General's Report on KRH.
    • Prepare, coordinate and update KRH/SPSB/SPMSB/Narsco-Kuok directory and profile.
    • Monitor the KRH Solvency Test Implementation Report and KRH/LPA YR ALP Effectiveness Report.
    • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of RISDA Anti-Corruption Plan (RACP) 2019-2023 initiatives for BPPS and KRH.
    • Help monitor and coordinate New Revenue projects/activities managed by KRH.
    • Coordinate all meetings, seminars, workshops and courses under the Corporate Governance Unit.
