Introduction
Build basic agricultural infrastructure in young rubber areas. This program aims to help participants replant so that it is easier to carry out farm development and maintenance work and can help participants to overcome the cost constraints of farm development and management.

Specifically for Group Replant project participants. For individual applications, the PAP application should benefit at least 10 smallholder lots nearby either at the development or production level.

Program Introduction
One-off assistance is an incentive for the Group Replanting project to ensure that management under the Group Replanting Committee (Group Replanting (TSB) and Commercial Replanting (TSK)) can be managed well and in an orderly manner. To ensure that the Committee stays up to the production stage so that group sales can be done and get a higher price.

Assistance Program Requirements
- TSB and TSK projects in the Peninsula and Sarawak that are paid in current installments starting in 2021.
- Only types of rubber plants are allowed.
- The TSB and TSK project has held a General Meeting, appointed a Committee and opened an account in the name of the project.
- Project Committee members agreed to apply for BTP incentives and were briefed in the committee meeting.

Program Introduction
The Group New Planting Plan (RTBB) is a large-scale land development method owned by RISDA and managed by management agents appointed by RISDA. It is intended to help smallholders who owned less than 2.83 hectares (7 acres) of land before January 1, 1971 where they were eligible to be given shares in the plan according to eligibility and enjoy dividend payments every year.

Assistance Program Terms
Smallholders who are eligible to participate in RTBB are those who own 7 acres (2.83 hectares) of rubber land or less on or before December 31, 1970. However, smallholders who are recognized as RTBB participants are those who apply to participate in the scheme and are approved by RISDA based on the following conditions :-
- Make an official application;
- Own rubber land of 7 acres (2.83 hectares) or less on or before December 31, 1970;
- Have not used new planting rights;
- Holding shares (becoming a member) in a cooperative that owns land.

The initial capital/ eligibility for TB assistance is RM900/acre.

TKKPR is a financial contribution that will be able to ease the burden of smallholder families in the event of death. In line with the objective of this program which is to help reduce the burden of deceased TKKPR family members. In addition, as an incentive to small rubber and oil palm farmers who participate in RISDA's replanting program and all small farmers surveyed by RISDA. Finally, making RISDA an institution that is believed to be a protector in line with the slogan "Love Small Farmers"

- All palm and rubber smallholders who have been surveyed by RISDA are automatically eligible as participants in the TKKPR..
- The age limit is from 18 years to 70 years.
- Smallholders who exceed the age limit during the protection period will continue to be protected until the end.
- New participants can be registered to qualify for participation in this fund.

The value of the compensation is as much as RM2,000.00
